About Me

"A bad system will beat a good person every time." -W. Edwards Deming

These words deeply resonate with me because even the most talented individuals can only perform at their best when supported by well-designed systems and efficient operations.

Throughout my career, I have approached challenges with enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong passion for problem-solving. I have witnessed firsthand how ineffective workplace structures can drain both individuals and organizations. This realization fuels my passion for optimizing work and bringing structure to complexity.

I founded Opus Efficentia to share insights on working smarter—from managing and organizing meetings effectively to strategy execution. The articles published here are rooted in my experience, learnings, and research. Through this platform, my goal is to help individuals and organizations navigate work more efficiently and effectively.

With over a decade of experience as a Human Resource professional, I specialize in portfolio and program management, as well as organizational transformation. My background in Computer Science & Engineering, combined with an MBA in Human Resources, enables me to blend technical expertise with strategic HR insights to streamline processes and drive meaningful business outcomes. I am also a Stanford LEADer, part of the Quest Seekers cohort, continually expanding my knowledge in leadership and innovation.

If this resonates with you, join me on this journey. Together, let's create meaningful change and bring efficiency into the workplace.
